VP, Director of Brand Strategy
The VP, Director of Brand Strategy will work with the Executive Management team to drive strategic development and firm-wide growth in the area of strategic brand consulting practices. This position will work directly with the President of the company. The duties include:

  • Contribute to the development and execution of strategic business planning
  • Develop and refine proprietary tools and models for brand development services
  • Review status and history of all existing accounts
  • Engage existing client accounts to identify and cultivate cross-selling opportunities
  • Identify and cultivate of new business opportunities across the expanded services
  • Analyze of all aspects of a client's needs as it relates to brand development and goals
  • Establish and manage strategic partner relationships
  • Manage the strategic direction, process flow and key relationships for new account work
  • Build a dynamic and collaborative team to handle strategic client engagements

Qualified candidates will possess the following skills, experience, education and abilities:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or similar
  • An MBA or equivalent degree
  • At least 5 – 10 years experience with a brand, research or management consultancy
  • Understanding of complex business models in order to develop relevant brand strategy
  • Knowledge of current theory and application behind complex brand development issues
  • Working knowledge of brand research applications and relevant analysis
  • Comfortable leading high-visibility client engagements
  • Capable of providing internal and external thought leadership, developing teams
  • Exceptional project management and overall organizational skills
  • Superb communication skills - written, verbal and interpersonal, with C-level executives
  • A proven track record and/or desire for business development

Gross compensation for this position will be in the $130,000– $150,000 salary range (depending on relevant experience), with immediate profit sharing opportunity. High performers will also have near-term equity/partnership opportunity.
